Premium Assistance for Maternity (PAM) Costs
|
include a one-time premium enrollment fee of $500 if you enroll in PAM in the first
20 weeks (months 1-5) of pregnancy. If you enroll during the second 20 weeks of
pregnancy (months 6-9), your one-time fee is $1000. There are no additional fees.
Deductibles and Co-payments
The PAM program does not have deductibles and co-payments.
