Due to state budgetary constraints, the Department will stop enrollment of new clients in its PAK and PAM programs effective September 1, 2010. Please submit your premium assistance application to Insure New Mexico on or before the September 1st deadline. Applications postmarked (or faxed) on or before September 1st will be processed for eligibility determinations. Applications postmarked after the deadline will not be processed
Premium Assistance for Maternity (PAM) Application
 
Call the Insure New Mexico! Solutions Center at 1-888-997-2583 to request a PAM application or download here in English or Spanish . Your PAM application may take up to 45 days to process.

If you are eligible, you will receive an Eligibility Approval Letter with information about how to enroll in PAM. If not eligible, you will receive a letter of denial.

Once the PAM enrollment application is approved, you must pay your one-time premium payment to be enrolled before receiving health care services.
