Premium Assistance for Kids (PAK) Eligibility Requirements

- Children who do not currently have health insurance;
- Children whose parents have not voluntarily dropped health insurance coverage for
their children in the last six months;
- Children who are not eligible for Medicaid or the State Children’s Health
Insurance Program (SCHIP) due to income (see annual income guidelines)
- Children who are under the age of 12 (or up to 18 if part of a sibling group that
includes a child under the age of 12)
- Children must be residents of New Mexico and U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent
Resident;
